2009 Forbidden Fruit Music Festival

I originally posted this over at Cape Town Social but have decided to move it here while I experiment with the new version of the community building plugin BuddyPress for WordPress multi-user environments.
There’s a really cool event called the Forbidden Fruit Music Festival, a South African Rock Festival scheduled for 13-15 November 2009 in the Boland. This three day event that is set to rock the Boland like never before and is hosted by FGroup in conjunction with Western Cape Tourism and The Trust.

The event to be held at Kleinplasie Show Grounds is set to feature eighteen of South Africa’s hottest bands and artists such as Zebra & Giraffe, Prime Circle, Cherry Vinyl, Just Jinger, Aking, Kurt Darren and Josie Field.

Friday 13 November, 2009
The festival will kick off on the Friday morning with a golf day for sponsors and VIP’s. Gates will open at 12pm along with the restaurants and entertainment, bands take to the stage at 5pm.
Here’s the line-up for Forbidden Fruit Friday which is set to close out at around 01h00:
