There’s a really cool event called the Forbidden Fruit Music Festival, a South African Rock Festival scheduled for 13-15 November 2009 in the Boland. This three day event that is set to rock the Boland like never before and is hosted by FGroup in conjunction with Western Cape Tourism and The Trust.

The event to be held at Kleinplasie Show Grounds is set to feature eighteen of South Africa’s hottest bands and artists such as Zebra & Giraffe, Prime Circle, Cherry Vinyl, Just Jinger, Aking, Kurt Darren and Josie Field.

I stumbled on this Rage Against the Machine music video on YouTube this evening, it’s the official video for “Killing in the Name” which was released on in the early 90’s .
Pefect for rocking out on a Saturday night. One of my favourite tracks of all time for sure.
